Eric Cudmore

Eric Cudmore began his real estate career in 2003 with Remax. Shortly after, he joined the Palmer Russell Company Realtors’ team and quickly earned the nickname of “Rainmaker,” for his unwavering ability to quickly resolve any obstacles.

The seeds Eric's success in real estate began early in his career. At the age of 20, Eric joined the Local 103 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. After two short years he became a Sub-Foreman. Soon after, Eric became a General Foreman, overseeing a crew of 20+ people. After 13 years of being a telecommunications worker, he was offered a position at Boston University as a Project Manager of Information Technology at which he worked for 4 years. At this time, Eric decided to pursue a lifelong dream of owning his own business. He opened a pizza franchise in Danvers, MA which was quickly voted the #1 local pizza parlor. After the success of his pizza shop, Eric then determined that real estate would best fulfill his desire to help people.

From the very beginning, real estate offered Eric exactly what he was seeking - the opportunity to run his own business, an outlet for his strong work ethic and most importantly the opportunity to pursue his intrinsic passion of helping others realize their dreams through his listening and negotiating skills and breadth of industry knowledge.

In his spare time, Eric can be found fishing, boating, hiking, weight training, swing dancing, flying weight-shifted controlled light sport aircrafts (trikes), or scuba diving.
